Through projects big and small, from tree planting, urban gardens, compost hubs, cool roofs, green roofs, solar, and many other strategies, BlueSky LA is an initiative dedicated to funding local projects to drastically improve the air quality of Los Angeles by the 2028 Olympics.

Los Angeles often ranks in the top 20 of the worst AQI cities globally. With the 2028 Olympics coming to our city, we have an excellent opportunity to change that statistic.
Together, let’s take Los Angeles from one of the worst quality air cities in 2020 to the cleanest air city by the 2028 Olympics! (And, yes, absolutely fight climate change while we’re at it).
